Important Considerations

Blocked Days

  • Blocked days are important to comply with required rest periods
  • A value of 0 means there are no blocked days after this type
  • Example: A value of 1 means the user cannot be assigned the following day

Abbreviations

  • Should be short and easily identifiable
  • It's recommended to use 1-2 characters to keep the calendar clean
  • Examples:
    • N: Normal
    • S: Special
    • U: Urgent

Colors

  • Help visually identify different types
  • It's recommended to use contrasting colors for better visibility
  • Colors will appear in the calendar for each assignment

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Cannot save: Verify all required fields are complete
  • Color not visible: Ensure the color contrasts with the background
